Insane Clown Posse Tours Prove That Icp Cares About Juggalos

Isnt the worst when you go to buy tickets to your favorite bands concert when they tour through town, only to find out that the tickets are outrageously overpriced? Understandably, your first instinct would be to blame the band.

For instance, if ICP tickets or tickets to the wider Insane Clown Posse tour were astronomically expensive, you would assume that J and Dope didnt care about their Juggalo fan base. After all, why would two guys that have it all price ICP tickets unreasonably high? Just to make more money? Nothing could be further from the truth.

What few people actually know about the music industry is that the artist does not have final say in their concerts or tours ticket prices. They are allowed to suggest a price they think their fans, in this case Juggalos, might be more appreciative of without losing money themselves, but ultimately it is the concert promoter that has the final say.

So, if youre a Juggalo that thinks ICP tickets cost too much, dont blame the band or anyone on the Insane Clown Posse tour. Its the fault of the venues concert promoter!

After that brief education in concert tickets, lets get back to the ludicrous claim that ICP tickets are expensive because the band doesnt care about the financial well-being of Juggalos.

Insane Clown Posse tours and ICP tickets in general are expensive. Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope know this, but dont have the clout to control it. So what do they do to make up for the fact? Two things. For one, the literally give money back to Juggalos who attend their concerts from time to time. The guys have been known to throw money into the crowd, and have even taped money to beach balls ($100-$500 per) and then kicked the balls out into the sea of Juggalos.

Can you imagine how much more you would appreciate the band if you paid (arguably) too much for ICP tickets or access to any Insane Clown Posse tour and then received it all back and then some just for attending? Pretty cool thing to do for two guys who obviously still are one with their Juggalo fan base.

The second piece to the puzzle of making Juggalos appreciate Insane Clown Posse tours and high ICP ticket prices is that Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope make sure they always put on one hell of a show. Insane Clown Posse tours have long been known for a variety of things, and showmanship is one of them.

For instance, the 2009 Insane Clown Posse tour that was in support of their Bang! Boom! Pow! album release featured showgirls, a ringmaster, and even ape boy, a character played by carious Psychopathic Records artists on stage. No matter how much you paid for ICP tickets to that Insane Clown Posse tour, it was worth it!
